My wife and I recently bought our first home and were referred to West Electrical Installers through family to replace an outdated main panel outside our home. Knowing nothing about electrical issues and being brand new to homeownership, Jeff and his team (David and Byron) took the time to explain the process and repairs. Even more, the project hit an unexpected complication that required drywall to be removed on the interior of the house. At no cost, they inspected the issue, fixed it and sent a drywall guy out to repair the unexpected holes put in the wall the same day. Every time they came in the house they took their shoes off, put down drop clothes and hand swept after themselves, leaving no trace! As a new homeowner, I couldn't have been more pleased with their level of professionalism, high value for fair cost, and willingness to diagnose, explain and execute the project to a safe completion, despite unexpected complications!! I used West Electrical to install some bathroom fixtures. Dominic was the person who did this for me..he was very courteous, friendly and professional. Hung the fixtures and cleaned them too and ensured they were straight. Prior to installing, he asked me to verify where I wanted them which I appreciated a lot. Just all around a positive experience. And I can say I've had other employees of West Electrical with this bathroom remodel and they have all been friendly, professional and good at their jobs. A great company.

Jeff was very responsive and was able to schedule the work quickly. He and his crew showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. He makes scheduling a breeze with his automated scheduling app that notifies you in advance of the start date, and also sends notification that the crew is in route with the name of the crew foreman. We are in an older home built in 1925. We had what we thought was one strand of K&T. It turned out to be a few. Jeff was able to remove the K&T strand and rewire, excellent! We also requested to have ceiling fans installed on front porch as well as ceiling outlets for holiday decorations so we can stop using tons of "extension cords", Installed a ceiling fan in the high stairway hall, and changed out the dinning room fixture for an vintage family fixture. We are very happy with Jeff's work. We have projects down the road and we will calling upon his services again!

West electrical installers will be my only choice for electrical services. As a single female it's important to have contractors in my home that I can trust to do a great job. West electrical installers were punctual and exceptionally fast at solving the issue. It was nice to have my electrical issues resolved so quickly and explained to me in terms I could understand.

Jeff has bailed us out on more than one occasion, and I trust him implicitly on all things electrical. Most recently, someone working on the house cut our power, and even though Jeff couldn't come right away, he advised us/checked in every day and later cleaned up the mess from the emergency "electrician" when he was back in town. So thankful to have him! Wish everyone else was so honest and competent.

I had Jeff install a 6-20R Receptacle for my Sauna as well as add some additional receptacles in my garage. Jeff did excellent work, is very knowledgeable and made an extra effort to ensure everything was installed how I wanted. Jeff did an awesome job making some electrical repairs and roughing in a light for our living room. He was quick to give us a quote and was able to put us on the schedule pretty quick.

Started looking for electricians locally for a problem at the house. Went through three other local companies that either wanted astronomical pricing or travel charges for local work. Most played phone tag or never returned calls. Jeff (owner) called back promptly, made and appointment. He also updated me (by text) routinely the day of the repair as his last appointment was running long. In and out with a professionalism I respect. Pricing was fair and work superb. These guys are great! We had our main furnace disconnect short out, causing everything to melt, resulting in total heat loss. Our HVAC company advised us to contact an electrician. On the coldest weekend of the year our house was getting colder and colder, I contacted these guys first thing in the morning and they found time in the day to come out.

They identified the issue and immediately replaced the old disconnect with a new one, they even installed a much better quality switch. Our heat is back on!

We had a problem with our stovetop in a 2.5 year old home. After the appliance repairman indicated it was an electrical issue, I contacted West and had them come out. Even though we both suspected it was actually the appliance, West diligently tested and found it was indeed a bad electrical connection and investigated and repaired the situation in less than 30 minutes. Many people wouldn't have even come out for this type of job but they showed up and did excellent work. I will highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Jeff was excellent to work with! Came out the same day I called to give a quote. Quickly turned that around and delivered a fair and competitive estimate. He installed a 50amp circuit, sub-panel and all of the conduit and hookups for a new hot tub. When the pool company came to check everything they called out it was one of the best electrical installs they'd seen. We're already on the schedule for another job with him, would definitely recommend!

Jeff and his team are extremely professional and very good at what they do. I was able to work with them a little bit on this project and learned a ton. One of my favorite things about Jeff is that he always says "I do it like I would if I were doing it in my own home."
